MATT HYATT

Matt Hyatt has spent over 24 years in the U.S. Army, with more than half of that service in Special Operations. His leadership in multinational missions and his work coordinating U.S.–Israel cooperation inspired the creation of Crossed Arrows Global Partners, a firm dedicated to fostering trusted partnerships that strengthen security, innovation, and economic collaboration.
From the battlefield to the boardroom, Matt brings a results-driven mindset, a deep understanding of international collaboration, and a commitment to mission success.

Dovid Berg is an experienced business strategist and advisor specializing in international growth, market positioning, and organizational transformation. With a career spanning multiple industries, including defense, technology, and venture development, he brings a deep understanding of how to connect innovation with opportunity.
As Senior Advisor at Crossed Arrows Global Partners, Dovid provides critical insight into partnership strategy, business expansion, and cross-border collaboration. His work focuses on aligning global stakeholders, building sustainable business frameworks, and guiding clients through complex strategic transitions.
MICHAEL FLEMING
Strategic Partner | Senior Advisor | International Business Development
Colonel (Ret.) Michael Fleming is a U.S. Army veteran, innovation strategist, and international technology advisor with over 25 years of experience leading defense innovation, multinational research partnerships, and dual-use technology development.
As founder of MNF Global, he has built enduring relationships across government, defense, and technology sectors, helping Israeli companies expand into the U.S. market and guiding organizations through cross-border growth and strategic alignment.
Before co-founding Crossed Arrows Global Partners, Mike directed the U.S. Army’s International Technology Center – Mediterranean (ITC-MED) in Tel Aviv, Israel, leading engagement efforts across Israel, Turkey, the UAE, and South Africa. He now advises defense and technology firms on market entry, acquisition pathways, and innovation scaling, and supports Starburst Aerospace in Tel Aviv connecting startups with U.S. Department of Defense partners.
VICTORIA AMBURG
Director of Operations | Israeli Cultural Affairs
Vicky manages the daily operations and administrative coordination of Crossed Arrows Global Partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution across all projects. As an Israeli native with deep cross-cultural insight, she serves as a trusted advisor on Israeli culture, protocol, and engagement, strengthening the firm’s ability to bridge partnerships between the United States and Israel.
Her organizational precision, cultural fluency, and commitment to excellence help maintain the high operational standards that define CAGP. Vicky’s role ensures that every collaboration reflects the firm’s core values of trust, professionalism, and mutual respect.
